Cancellation Policy for User-Generated Content Services

At L.B. AcQuire LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality user-generated content services tailored to your needs. We understand that circumstances may require changes or cancellations to your service plans. Below is our cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation Timeframes and Fees

  • Within 24 Hours of Booking:

    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund.

    • No cancellation fee will be charged.

  • More than 7 Days Before Service Commencement:

    • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the service commencement date are eligible for a refund minus a 10% processing fee.

  • Between 7 Days and 48 Hours Before Service Commencement:

    • Cancellations made within this window are eligible for a 50% refund of the total service fee.

  • Less than 48 Hours Before Service Commencement:

    • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service date are not eligible for a refund.

 

2. Amendments to Service Agreements

  • Changes to the scope of work or service dates may be accommodated based on availability. A rescheduling fee of 5% may apply if the request is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service date.

 

3. Recurring Services

  • For clients with recurring service agreements, cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 14 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming cycle.

 

4. No-Shows

  • The session will be considered a no-show if a client fails to provide necessary materials or attend scheduled consultations without prior notice. No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

 

5. Exceptional Circumstances

  • We understand that emergencies happen. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters or medical emergencies), contact us as soon as possible. Refunds or rescheduling may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

7. Refund Processing
